Alert Lemoore police officers, during a traffic stop on Lemoore’s Alpen Dr. at about 10:45 p.m on Thursday, discovered and arrested three persons on charges of carrying a concealed weapon, drug possession and manufacturing, and child endangerment.

The vehicle was stopped in the driveway of a residence. During the traffic stop, an officer noticed that the passenger side panel on the center console was pulled away from the rest of the panels, and noticed the grip of a pistol behind the panel. Officers searched the vehicle and located a loaded .45 caliber handgun hidden in the compartment of the vehicle.

The handgun was also next to a loaded .45 caliber magazine. It was later determined that the driver, 24-year-old Reynaldo Thomas, lived at the residence where he stopped. Reynaldo is a convicted felon and is on probation so officers searched the residence and located evidence of a butane hash oil lab inside.

Officers also located two large bags of marijuana, a small amount of hash oil, additional pistol magazines, and ammunition for the handgun found in the vehicle. Investigators from the Kings County Narcotics Task Force responded to investigate the lab.
