Junior is also survived by his fiancée, and the love of his life, Ashlie Hernandez, and her family. Mother Anna Villarreal, husband Carlos, Tulare, California. Sons: Carlos Jr. (Pops) Villarreal, Adrian Villarreal, and Mando Villarreal, Tulare, California. Grandfather Joseph Vargas, and Grandmother Maria Vargas, Tulare, California. Brother Anthony Vargas, Tulare, California. Uncle Joseph (Joe) Vargas, San Diego, California and many cousins and extended family.

Junior was employed by Haagen Dazs in Tulare, California. He was an avid fan of the San Francisco 49ers, and the San Francisco Giants. He enjoyed spending time with Ashlie as they traveled to football and baseball games, to the coast, San Diego, Disneyland and other destinations throughout California.
Junior enjoyed working around his and Ashlie's home, doing repairs, remodeling, and gardening. He recently began to do oil painting. Junior also enjoyed the time he spent at the monthly "Vargas Family Breakfast" which this month would be held on Sunday April 19, 2015. It was Junior's plan to announce his and Ashlie's engagement at this month's breakfast. As would be God's plan, he entered into eternal rest on Saturday April 18,

There will be a Rosary at the Peers Lorentzen Funeral Chapel at 6:00 pm, Thursday, April 30, 2015 and a Mass at 10:00 am, Friday, May 1, 2015 at St Aloysius Church, 125 E Pleasant Ave, Tulare. Funeral arrangements by Peers Lorentzen Funeral Service, Tulare.
