Lemoore police seek additional suspects in assault case

Lemoore police officers arrested a 26-year-old Lemoore man for terrorist threats, attempted robbery, obstructing and delaying a police officer and being drunk in public. Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying and appending at least two other suspects, described as Hispanic males, ages 18-21 years old.

On Sunday, September 6, at approximately 3:30 a.m., the Lemoore Police Department responded to East Hanford-Armona Rd. regarding a male who had just been attacked by three unknown Hispanic males.

When officers arrived on the scene they located a 30-year-old male victim with an injury to his face. The man told police officers he had been asleep in his vehicle when the three men began attacking him. One of the suspect's began punching him in the face while another hit him with a blunt object.

The suspects demanded that the victim give them his personal property which he did. The suspects then fled the scene in a newer model black SUV. The suspects were described as being 18 to 21 years old. One suspect was wearing a black shirt, one suspect was wearing a red hat, and one suspect was wearing a black shirt with some kind of design on the front of the shirt.

The following day, Monday, September 7, at approximately 3:45 a.m. the police received a call again from East Hanford Armona Rd. in Lemoore. The reporting party advised he was arriving home when he was confronted by two male adults. One of the males approached the reporting party while a second man walked towards him.  The man figured something bad was going to happen so he took off running.

A Lemoore police officer responded to the area and attempted to make contact with the two suspects, who immediately took off running.  The officer was able to apprehend one of the subjects who was later identified as Noe Aguilar of Lemoore. 

The victim from the attack the night before was contacted and positively identified Aguilar as the one who threatened to kill him if he did not give him everything he had. Aguilar was arrested and booked at Kings County Jail for on suspicion of terrorist threats, attempted robbery, obstructing and delaying a police officer, and being drunk in public.
