Lemoore police seek assailants who robbed local restaurant, threatened employees

The Lemoore Police Department is seeking information in an effort to solve a strong-arm robbery that occurred Tuesday morning at Boston House of Pizza. According to police two masked men entered the business wearing black clothing and white hockey masks.

One of the males was armed with a shotgun and forced a store employee to open the cash register. A second suspect took a knife from another employee who was preparing to work in the kitchen and held it to her throat.

The two males fled the scene after stealing money from the register, got into a red vehicle that was waiting for the outside the business.

The suspects were last seen leaving in a northbound direction on North 19th Ave. Surveillance cameras were able to capture images of the suspect vehicle. The vehicle is described as a red four-door sedan with tinted rear and rear-side windows.

The vehicle appears to be a 2004 to 2010 sedan with a spoiler wing on the trunk. The males that entered the store were described as one African-American male and one light-skinned African American male (possibly Hispanic). Both of the males were about 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighed 150 to 170 lbs.

Video surveillance showed one of the males wearing a black-hooded sweatshirt with khaki-colored pants. The other male was described as wearing all black clothing.]Anyone with information is asked to call Lemoore Police Detective Cooper at 559-924-9574 (Office) or 559-924-5333 (Dispatch).
