Three Tigers fired low scores in Monday’s (Oct. 5) West Yosemite League Tournament held at the Kings Country Club. The trio was once again led by Dani Kinder who shot a low 44 to lead all players. But right behind her were Aiyana Barrios, with a 46 and Jayda Olaes, who fired a 49 as the Tigers finished first in the tourney sweepstakes.

Redwood High School finished in second place led by Sara Hensley’s 45.

Third place went to Golden West High School.

In WYL golf action on Oct. 1 at Valley Oaks Golf Course in Visalia, Kinder again led the tourney with her 9-hole score of 39. Redwood’s Hensley finished right behind with a 40 on the 9-hole layout. Again, Barrios and Olaes fired solid scores 45 and 49 respectively, but it wasn’t enough to overcome Redwood’s strong showing as the Rangers took top team honors followed closely by Lemoore.
