Police are seeking help in identifying an adult, white male suspected of an attempted robbery on Saturday, April 2, at approximately 12:30 a.m.
According to police, a 22-year-old-male victim reported that at approximately 10:30 p.m. on April 1, he was delivering a pizza to a home on Lombardy Lane, and when he was finished delivering the pizza he returned to his vehicle where he was physically assaulted by an unknown white-male adult who approached the victim and punched him once in the face.
The suspect then tried to take an empty pizza delivery bag from the victim. The victim and suspect struggled over the pizza delivery bag and during this time the victim punched the suspect in the face. The suspect then fled the scene last seen running eastbound on Lombardy Lane.
The suspect was described as an adult white male in his early 30s. The suspect was approximately 5 foot, 9 inches tall, very thin build, dirty blonde hair, and dressed in a baggy red and black plaid shirt. The suspect also had a small tattoo on his neck and may possibly have a cut to his face as a result of being punched by the victim.
