Lemoore Police undercover operation at Day Spa arrests two females
The arrests occurred on Monday, June 6 at about 1:30 p.m. at the Sakura Day Spa, located at 344 West D Street in Lemoore.
The purpose of the operation was to conduct compliance checks on local massage parlors and investigate for any illegal activity. Sakura Day Spa was one of the mentioned businesses.
During the investigation, an undercover officer was propositioned to trade money for sexual acts. This led to the arrest of the two females located at the establishment. The two females have been identified as Jianqin Wang, 48 years old, from Pasadena and Li Xiau-Gunn, 43 years old, from the Los Angeles area.
A search warrant was authored and served on the business. Several items were seized including financial records and electronic devices. Both women were arrested and booked into the Kings County Jail on charges of prostitution, pandering, and conspiracy.
