Lemoore police officers responded to Adolpho’s Lounge on Sunday, Sept. 4, at about 12:15 a.m. after an employee called them to report a man with a gun. The employee called the police because a customer said that a male in the bar showed them a gun.

A description of the suuspect was given and when officers arrived they contacted the male, later identified as 21-year-old Miguel Gomez of Fort Dodge, Indiana. Gomez was asked if he had anything in his possession – that he shouldn’t have had – and he said he did. Officers noticed that there appeared to be something in his pants, and when Gomez was searched officers found a loaded revolver.

Gomez told the officer that he was carrying the gun because he had recently been jumped in another city. He admitted to being a gang member. He was booked for carrying a concealed firearm, carrying a loaded firearm, possession of stolen property, and a gang enhancement. His bail was set at $110,000.
