Lemoore Police Department officers, on Saturday night at approximately 7:45 p.m., responded to a Lemoore residence on Pine Court to discover a male “out of control” attempting to break windows in the home.

Upon arrival, the officers discovered that others in the house were holding him down.

The unidentified male was kicking and spitting on the persons holding him down as the officers attempted to subdue the male. The man continued to kick and spit on the officers as they handcuffed him.

Shortly after being handcuffed the man began to vomit, prompting officers to request an ambulance. The male stopped breathing when the ambulance arrived prompting ambulance personnel and the officers to perform CPR.
