Lemoore detectives have put four adult suspects in jail on charges of robbery and conspiracy to commit a crime following a nearly three-week investigation and an early morning arrest of one of the suspects.

Included in the arrests were three juveniles, two 15-year-old girls and a 16-year-old male suspect who were booked into the Kings County Juvenile Center.

On Jan. 5, 2017at about 9 p.m. and 11 p.m., two robbery reports were called into the Lemoore Police Department by two separate victims.  Both victims reported being lured to a secluded area by two females where they were physically assaulted by a group of unknown males.  The second victim reported that the suspects tased him and brandished a hand gun while threatening to shoot him.  The first victim’s wallet and cell phone were stolen and the second victim had his cash stolen from him.

Later that night, a 15-year-old female juvenile and 16-year-old male juvenile were arrested.  The first victim’s cell phone and the taser were located at the female suspect’s residence.  Amongst the seized property were three additional cell phones taken for investigative purposes.

Lemoore detectives were assigned the case and began authoring search warrants for the seized cell phones as well as following up on leads.  During the investigation, a second 15-year-old female was identified as the second female involved in the robberies.  That female suspect was arrested on Jan. 19 and booked into juvenile center on charges of robbery, attempted robbery, and conspiracy.

Detectives continued to investigate and identified the male suspects involved in the robberies as 22-year -old Dylan Davidson of Lemoore, 21-year-old Dustin Dunham of Lemoore, 21-year-old Thomas Howard of Lemoore, and 25-year-old Terence Bynum of Lemoore.  Davidson was identified as the suspect who brandished the firearm and Dunham was identified as the suspected get-away driver in both robberies.

Detectives obtained enough evidence to get a search warrant for the victim’s stolen property and the hand gun.  On Jan. 21 at approximately 7 a.m., the Central Valley Regional SWAT Team assisted with the service of the search warrant and took Davidson into custody.  A search of Davidson’s bedroom revealed a black metal BB handgun similar to the handgun reported by the second victim as well the one of the first victim’s credit cards.  Also, located inside the residence was a stolen vehicle registration from a recent vehicle burglary and illegal fireworks.

After Davidson was taken into custody, suspects Dustin Dunham, Terence Bynum, and Thomas Howard were arrested at their residences.  Davidson was booked into the Kings County Jail for robbery, attempted robbery, conspiracy, and criminal threats with a bail set at $390,000 dollars.  Dunham was booked for conspiracy to commit a crime, robbery, and attempted robbery in the Kings County Jail for conspiracy to commit a crime, robbery, and attempted robbery, with a bail set at $240,000 dollars.  Howard was booked into the Kings County Jail with a bail set at $240,000 dollars.  Bynum was booked into the Kings County Jail for conspiracy to commit a crime, robbery, and attempted robbery with a bail set at $240,000 dollars.
