Police break up early morning gang altercation on May 21

Lemoore police officers on Sunday, May 21, at about 2 a.m. were on a service call when they observed a disturbance occurring on Skaggs Street. The officer on scene heard a subject state "you wanna get stabbed" and then saw several subjects get into a physical altercation in front of a nearby residence.

Officers immediately responded to the scene at which time the suspects fled. Due to the proximity of additional officers, a perimeter was established around the area and the suspects were caught.

Officers contacted an injured man, a 26-year-old northern gang member, and provided first aid for injuries to his face and torso. Police, while treating him, discovered that he had received several lacerations and two puncture wounds to his body. He was transported to Kaweah Delta Hospital where he was treated for his injuries.

Detectives and investigators from the Kings County Gang Task Force arrived on scene and continued investigating the incident. Based on information obtained on the scene a search warrant was served on a residence on Skaggs Street and four suspects were taken into custody in relation to this incident. All four are believed to be Bulldog gang members out of Coalinga.

The three adult suspects: Shaun Rector 18, Daniel Sanchez 32, and Tres Tadlock 21, were booked into the Kings County Jail for attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon causing great bodily injury, and gang enhancement. Their bail was set at $575,000. The 17-year-old male was booked into the Kings County Juvenile Center and will be held without bail.
