Tiger hoopsters hope to rebound Tuesday against Mt. Whitney in WYL action

Lemoore’s varsity basketball boys' and girls' teams will attempt to rebound from Friday night losses against Redwood High School in West Yosemite League play. The Tigers tackle Mt. Whitney Tuesday night, and the boys will be home game against the Pioneers at 7:30 p.m. and the girls in Visalia.

Boys WYL Standings

Lemoore’s boys fell to 1-1 in the WYL and are 7-7 overall while the Lady Tigers fell to 1-1 (WYL) and 2-9 overall.

Girls WYL Standings

The ladies return home for a Thursday night game against El Diamante while the boys hit the road to take on the Miners in Visalia.

The boys dropped a 70-58 decision to the Rangers Friday night, a team that improved to 2-1 on the season. Hanford currently leads the boys’ division with a 3-0 mark.

The Lady Tigers fell 59-39 and trail Hanford’s 3-0 WYL mark.
