By The Leader Staff

Lemoore Police Department’s Problem Orientated Policing (POP) team and assisting Kings County agencies on Thursday (April 12) arrested a Lemoore man after conducting probation and parole compliance searches throughout the city.

The searches were conducted to check if subjects were adhering to their probation/parole terms and conditions.

Police contacted Irwing Fabian Paez-Ortiz, 31, from Lemoore at his residence. During the search, officers located drug paraphernalia suspected of belonging to Irwing. He was also found to be under-the-influence of a controlled substance, which caused Irwing to violate his probation terms and conditions.

He was subsequently taken into custody and transported to the Kings County Jail where he was booked for violating his probation, possessing drug paraphernalia and being under-the-influence of a controlled substance. He is currently being held without bail.
