Lemoore's police POP team cite local individuals for drug possession, paraphernalia

The Lemoore Police Department and its Problem Oriented Policing (POP) Team – with the help of the department detectives – executed a search warrant in the Faun Lane neighborhood and cited several persons for possession of a controlled substance or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police made their discovery on June 14 at about 12:50 p.m.

Suspect Lemoore’s Darrell Lowe, 45, was found to be in possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Another suspect, Shelvy Lowe, 67, also from Lemoore, was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia as was suspect Jocelyn Roberts, 40 from Lemoore.

Finally, suspect Ricky Anfield, 51, from Hanford, was found to be in possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

All subjects were released from the scene with citations.
