Just three days after a Lemoore man had his 2014 GMC Sierra stolen and its contents taken, Lemoore police arrested a suspect in the case attempting to sell the Sierra’s contents.

It was on July 15 at about 7:40 a.m. that Lemoore police were dispatched to Avalon drive where the victim reported his GMC Sierra stolen. The victim told police that sometime that night the vehicle was taken. There were multiple items within the vehicle that the victim also reported as stolen. Later that same day, the vehicle was located in the on Hanford-Armona Road and returned to the owner. The contents of the vehicle were all removed as was the gas from the tank.

On July 18 the victim saw several of his missing items for sale on the “OfferUp” website. He then contacted the Lemoore Police Department. Detectives were called out and set up a meeting with the seller of the property.

At about 9 p.m., the seller arrived at the predetermined location and was taken into custody without incident. He was identified as 28-year-old Nicholas Senner out of Hanford. A search of the vehicle he was driving yielded more stolen property, drug paraphernalia, and some crystal methamphetamine.

Senner was found to be on Post Community Release Supervision (PRCS) out of Kings County and subject to search. Detectives then responded to his residence on Lacey Blvd and conducted a search of his residence. That searched led to the recovery of additional stolen property including items he had discarded in the trash.

Senner was booked into the Kings County Jail for possession of stolen property, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. His bail was set at $25,000. Additionally, a no bail probation hold was placed by Kings County Probation.

Anyone with additional information is asked to contact Detective Corporal Mark Pescatore (mark.pescatore@lemoorepd.com) or Officer Jason Stephens (jason.stephens@lemoorepd.com) at the Lemoore Police Department (559-924-9574).
