Police nab suspect in local burglary; two suspects still on the loose

The losses included a Louis Vuitton purse and multiple credit cards.

After detectives took on the case, they identified the main suspect, 36-year-old Ian Kielty, placing him under arrest the next day (July 17). He was arrested for burglary and identity theft.

Detectives discovered that the victim’s personal information was shared with other individuals, and the stolen credit card was used at multiple Kings and Tulare County businesses.

Two additional suspects were identified as Erica Justus and Matthew Tillery. Both suspects are known to frequent the Tulare, Visalia, and Porterville areas.
