
Suspect Shaquille Glasshelm
Lemoore police officers on Saturday, Nov. 16, arrested a pair of individuals for unlawfully discharging a firearm, a felony charge. It was on Saturday, November 16, at approximately 12:52 a.m. that local police officers, responding to a call on East Burlwood Lane, to the report of 10 to 12 gunshots fired.
Officers arrived on scene and found 15 spent shell casings on the sidewalk and in the roadway. The initial investigation revealed that a homeowner hosting a party got into an argument with uninvited guests. The suspects then proceeded to exit the residence and discharged multiple firearms into the air and the ground.
Detectives, following their investigation, identified two of the suspects as a 17-year-old juvenile and 23-year-old Shaquille Glasshelm.
The Kings County Major Crimes Task Force and the Hanford Police Department assisted and located both males in Hanford. The Juvenile was booked at the Kings County Juvenile Detention Center. The male was booked at the Kings County Jail. Both are facing a felony charge for the negligent discharge of a firearm.
