Tigers boys' soccer notches 7th win against Monache as LHS soccer prepares for West Yosemite League action
On Tuesday, the Tigers rolled over the visiting Marauders 3-1, scoring once in the opening half and twice in the second half to improve its season-long record.
Lemoore’s varsity girls’ team has been having a rough time during its preseason. The Lady Tigers are 0-7-1 and hope to record the squad’s first win when the Tigers host Lindsay High School Thursday (Dec. 19). Game time is 6:30 p.m.
Like the boys’ team, the Lady Tigers will play Redwood High in their WYL opener, in Visalia.
Lemoore’s girls dropped a close 1-0 contest to Monache in Porterville Tuesday night, the only goal, a second-half score to give the Marauders the victory.
