Lemoore’s successful soccer season ended Wednesday night at Highland High School in Bakersfield as the No. 2 ranked Division 3 Scots defeated the Tigers 3-0 to advance to the championship game against No. 1 ranked Foothill High School.

Lemoore got this far despite a rash of injuries to a few of their top players. Despite the setbacks, Lemoore defeated Templeton in the playoff opener 3-1 and then blanked Porterville 3-0 to earn a trip to the semifinals against a powerful Highland team.

The Tigers end the season at 17-7-3 and were 6-2-2 in the West Yosemite League.
