Lemoore cops arrest Fresno man on suspicion of possession of controlled substance

A Fresno man was stopped and then arrested by a Lemoore police officer on December 3, at approximately 8 p.m. The arrest occurred after the officer conducted a traffic stop in the area of W. Bush St. and Hwy 41 for expired registration.

The driver was identified as 36-year-old suspect Adrian Martinez of Fresno.  During a search of Martinez’s vehicle, the officer discovered 35.6 grams of methamphetamine.  A digital scale was also located inside the same bag as the methamphetamine.

Martinez was booked into the Kings County Jail for possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance for sales, and transportation of a controlled substance. Martinez’s bail was set at $45,000.
