A patrolling Lemoore police officer, on December 8, at approximately 9:45 p.m. stopped a vehicle in the area of West Cinnamon Dr. and Fox St on suspicion of exceeding the speed limit and failure to use a turn signal.

The officer identified the driver of the vehicle as 37-year-old Daniel Frederick Medrano of Stratford. Medrano, it was discovered, had three active warrants out for his arrest.
