Lemoore police nab three men suspected of shooting weapons during February altercation
After a thorough investigation, the Lemoore Police Department has the suspects in custody and is asking for the public’s help with any information regarding the case.
Police say that upon their arrival the night of Feb. 9, several people had left, and officers located several shell casings and a semi-automatic handgun in a vehicle. No gunshot victims were located.
Over the course of the next few weeks, Lemoore detectives determined that suspects Santos Reyna, Nhajee McCoy, and Jimmy Lewis were involved, and warrants were issued for their arrests.

Suspect Nhajee McCoy, 25, was arrested on February 12 and booked into the Kings County Jail for violations of 29800(a)(1) – Convicted felon in possession of a firearm, 25400(c)(1) PC – Felon in possession of a concealed firearm, 25400(a)(3) – Carrying a concealed weapon in a vehicle, 25850(c)(1) PC – Carrying a loaded firearm with a previous felony conviction and 30305(A)(1) PC – Prohibited person in possession of ammunition.
Local police also arrested suspect Santos Reyna, 31, on February 24, 2021, and booked him into the Kings County Jail for violations of 664/187(a) PC – Attempted murder, 29800(a)(1) PC – Convicted felon in possession of a firearm, 30305(A)(1) PC – Prohibited person in possession of ammunition, 25400(a)(3) PC – Carrying a concealed weapon in a vehicle and 25850(c)(1) PC – Carrying a loaded firearm with a previous felony conviction.

Police arrested the final suspect, Jimmy Lewis Jr., 27, on March 01, 2021, and booked him into the Kings County Jail for violations of 29800(a)(1) PC – Convicted felon in possession of a firearm, 29900(a)(1) PC – Person convicted of a violent offense in possession of a firearm, 25400(a)(1) PC – Carrying concealed weapon in a vehicle, 25400(a)(2) PC – Carrying a concealed firearm upon their person, 25400(a)(3) PC – Carrying concealed weapon in a vehicle, 25850(a) PC – Carrying a loaded firearm in public, 25850(c)(1) PC – Carrying a loaded firearm with a previous felony conviction and 30305(a)(1) PC – Prohibited person in possession of ammunition.
