School officials attempted to schedule Tuesday’s contest at 6:30 p.m. at the LHS varsity field, but as of Sunday, the game has been scheduled for a 4:30 p.m. start.
After a 12-18 season, including a 6-9 West Yosemite League mark, Lemoore began its streak in the regular season, winning four of their last five games. Included in the streak was the season closer at Hanford. Lemoore dropped that game in a thrilling eight-inning 5-4 loss.
The Tigers defeated Dos Palos in a thrilling away game 13-12 in the first round before the No. 14 ranked team crushed No. 6 Washington Union 7-3 in the second round, setting up their semifinal game against No. 15 Garces.
