Lemoore police respond to shooting, arrest three persons

Lemoore police officers, on October 10 at about 4 p.m., responded to a shooting in the area of West D Street and Armstrong. Officers were dispatched to the area in response to a shooting that took place after police said subjects were fighting in an alley.

Officers responded to the scene and found one victim with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. While LPD officers were responding, a reporting party advised that the suspects had fled the scene. 

Additional Lemoore officers found three males who matched the description of the suspects on Oleander Ave. Officers detained two of the suspects while the third suspect ran from officers. Lemoore officers took the third suspect into custody after a short foot chase. 

Police say that one of the suspects was identified as 19-year-old Jose Damien Enriquez of Lemoore. The other two suspects are Lemoore area, juvenile males. 

Police booked Enriquez into the Kings County Jail, charging him with suspicion of attempted homicide, robbery, vehicle burglary, conspiracy, felon in possession of a firearm, and providing false information to a peace officer. 

Police say that they booked one juvenile into the Kings County Juvenile Center for attempted homicide, robbery, vehicle burglary, conspiracy, and resisting arrest.

Officers booked a second juvenile into the Kings County Juvenile Center for attempted homicide, robbery, vehicle burglary, and conspiracy.
