Lemoore contestant Laura Sparks crowned the new Miss Kings County for 2023
Sparks is also a graduate of the Masters' University of Santa Clarita in California.
Local winners will participate in the Miss California competition, the winner, earning a trip to the Miss America Pageant. In all, 10 contestants competed for the title of Miss Kings County and Miss Kings County Outstanding Teen for 2023.
Miss Kings County 2023 will receive a $1,500 scholarship and serve as an ambassador for the next year and compete for the Miss California title in June. The winner of the Miss California Pageant earns a trip to the Miss America Pageant.

Miss Kings County Teen was awarded a $750 scholarship and the chance to compete for Miss California’s Outstanding Teen.
