A friendly and mostly partisan crowd of about 500 to 600 persons on Wednesday greeted the first vice president ever to visit Lemoore. The Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges, Western Association of Schools and Colleges, has reaffirmed West Hills College Coalinga’s accreditation status, and reviewed West Hills College Lemoore’s accreditation, reaffirmed in 2018, verifying that the local community college addressed recommendations made as part of the accreditation reaffirmation last year.
