According to Smith, the Lemoore Police Department’s Chaplain Program brings experience and guidance that can help officers, staff, and citizen’s deal with tragedies.

“Our Chaplains volunteer their time, effort, and skills to respond to law enforcement needs by helping those facing hard times,” said Smith. “It is with great honor that the Lemoore Police Department has two new additions to the Chaplain Program.”

Droker achieved a Bachelor’s Degree in Labor Relations and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management. He is currently a faculty member in the Business Department at West Hills Community College in Lemoore and was previously the executive director of Kings County Community Action.

Droker has spent his entire professional career improving the human condition, working in the non-profit sector. Chaplain Droker is a member of Congregation B’nai David in Visalia.

He went on to work for the Kings County Sheriff’s Office, where he later retired with honors as a Sergeant. Chaplain Flores is from Living Waters Fellowship Church in Lemoore.
