Alert Lemoore police put an end to scam effort of local business

A female exited the vehicle, walked a long distance, and then entered the business. The officer noticed the strange behavior since the parking lot in front of the business was empty.

His partner, Kelly Marie Davies, 27, also was arrested on suspicion of burglary, conspiracy, and being under the influence.
