The First Annual Kings Lions Luau was held Saturday night at the Lemoore Senior Citizens Center where about 300 persons dined on roasted pig, chicken and other Polynesian fare. They are also treated to tropical drinks and authentic Hawaiian music and dancing.(

The Lemoore Lions Club welcomed nearly 1,400 beer lovers to its annual Lemoore Brewfest, held Saturday at Lemoore’s Lions Park. Club officials expected to raise nearly $40,000 from the event. Much of the money raised will go to local charities and organizations. Keep reading...
The Kings Lions Club members have spent the last three weeks helping to spruce up the Senior Citizens Center, located adjacent to the Lemoore Golf Course. It wasn’t just another Saturday in the park. On this particular Saturday, young and old gathered to celebrate much of what makes up the spirit of Lemoore and the Central Valley. Lemoore’s downtown park, filled with games, rides, food booths and entertainment was the site of the annual Central Valley Pizza Festival, which celebrates not only pizza, but much of what is grown in the Central Valley to make those pizzas.
